BE ACTIVE!


Here are some ways to keep your bones, muscles and nerves healthy:
  • Always warm up before you exercise.
Cold muscles are easier to damage than warm muscles.
  • Do some physical exercise every day.
It keeps muscles and bones strong and healthy.
  • Wear a helmet and safety pads when you cycle, rollerblade or skateboard.
They protectyour brain and your joints.
  • Eat a healthy diet with lots of different food groups.
Bones, muscles and nerves need minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, protein and fat to grow and work well.
  • Drink a lot of water when you are thirsty.
Your body and brain need water to work well.
  • Exercise your brain every day.
If we don't use our brains, they don't work so well.
